    A Marrakech specialist replies in 24h

How much does a private Morocco trip actually cost?+
Private tours through MBS start at $85 for a one-day excursion (Ouzoud waterfalls from Marrakech), $289 for a 3-day Sahara loop, $420 for a 4-day coast tour, $520 for the 5-day blue-pearl route, and $1,290 for our 10-day grand journeys. Pricing scales with group size, accommodation class, and the season. Every quote is sent with a line-by-line breakdown so you can see where each dirham goes.
How long does it take to get a reply?+
Under 24 hours, always. Most briefs sent before noon GMT get a same-day reply. We don't run an automated funnel — the first email you receive is written by the specialist who will design your trip.
Can I customise one of the tours, or do I have to take it as-is?+
Customise it. The six tours on this page are starting points, not packages. Common changes: lengthen the Sahara stay, swap to luxury camps, add an Atlas Mountains day, drop a city you've already seen. We rebuild the itinerary around your changes and re-price transparently.
When should I send my brief?+
Four to eight weeks ahead of your travel dates is the sweet spot. That gives us time to secure first-choice riads (especially in Chefchaouen and Fes medinas, which fill up fast in shoulder season) and lock in your preferred driver. We can run trips on shorter notice — even 10 days out — but options narrow.
What if I'm not sure yet — do I have to commit to dates?+
No. The brief above accepts approximate dates and a vague month, or no dates at all. Send us the questions you have and we'll reply with a couple of versions based on what's realistic in the time window. The trip only books once you've seen a final itinerary and price and said yes.
